Quality Policy Statement
MacMor Industries Ltd. is committed to providing the highest quality of products and customer service in an economical and timely fashion. We will strive to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Our mission is to provide a positive learning environment through training for our employees, to assist them at eliminating internal errors through a systematic application of preventative and corrective action, inspection and testing.
Management and employees are committed to improvement of products, process, and service through continuous measurement and analysis, implementation and monitoring of our Quality Management System.
Through our quality policy all of our employees shall abide by the Quality Management System, practice it daily and suggest improvements.

Return Merchandise Authorization
A Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by MacMor Industries Ltd. is required for ALL returns.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call our Winnipeg office, at 204-786-5891 or toll free at 1-888-779-8898, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Winnipeg time, Monday through Friday, excluding national and religious holiday’s and ask for the Return Merchandise department.
Once you have received the RMA number, please complete details in the link below and fax this form to 204-775-4101 or fax toll free to 1-800-354-8705.
Return Merchandise Authorization Form Return Terms and Conditions
· NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE INVOICE DATE.
· Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number.
· We CANNOT accept returns of any items that we consider to be a special product, or any item which has been modified in any way from our standard design.
· ALL returns require prior authorization and only new merchandise in its original packaging, including inner plastic liners, with all accessories and documentation, including manuals and warranties, and with no markings on the packaging may be returned.
· If you are returning damaged items in order to have them replaced with an identical item, original tags and original packaging is not required.
· Please enclose a copy of the invoice, packing slip or purchase order with the return. The RMA number must be clearly marked on both the invoice copy enclosed with the returned merchandise and on the packing slip on the outside of the shipping container.
· MacMor Industries Ltd. is not responsible for returns lost during delivery. We recommend the use of a traceable method to ship and that returned merchandise be insured against loss and damage.
· Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order WILL NOT be refunded. MacMor Industries Ltd. will refund shipping costs or freight costs only if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
· Credits for merchandise returned WILL NOT include the original or return freight charges. Items shipped freight free or freight included will be credited minus the amount to cover all shipping and freight costs.
· A 25% restocking fee will apply to all items authorized for return (excluding samples and defective items).
· We take every effort to avoid shipping defective products, and subject to the manufacturer’s warranty requirements, we will replace any defective product returned to us within 30 day’s from the invoice date. Certain manufacturers may require all defective products be returned directly to them, so please remember to contact us at 204-786-5891 first.
