A Message to our Customers Regarding COVID-19

April 3, 2020 - Updated article to annonce that we are making a temporary change to how we continue to service our customers. Effective immediately and until further notice, we are no longer permitting customers to enter our buildings. All pickup orders are to be serviced via contactless means. As we continue to monitor the news and learn more about the spread of the Coronavirus in our communities, we want to be transparent about the measures we’re undertaking to protect the well-being of our customers and employees. We also want to take this opportunity to express our continued commitment to you, our valued customers.

First and foremost, we would like to inform you that we are dedicated to do everything in our power to maintain the level of customer service you have come to appreciate from MacMor Industries. While we anticipate further supply issues from some of our suppliers/vendors who are impacted by matters beyond their control, rest assured that we will continue to work diligently with them to provide you with updates on order fulfillments as they become available. In the event that we experience staff shortages in our warehouses and branches due to precautionary absenteeism or by adhering to guidance from Health Links, we kindly ask for your patience as we adapt and strive to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.

In an effort to do our part to mitigate the possible spread of any illness, all outside sales calls, visits and on-site inspections will be postponed until further notice. In the meantime, we invite customers to contact their sales representative via email or phone to ensure inquiries are well looked after. Should you have any immediate need for communication with our sales team, we encourage you to contact us at insidesales@macmor.com or to call us at 1-888-779-8898.

As of April 3rd, 2020, we are temporarily changing how we continue to provide service to our customers. Effective immediately and until further notice, we will no longer be permitting customers to enter our buildings and we’ll be providing “contactless” pickup instead. Please contact your local MacMor branch for details.

We would like to thank our customers in advance for their patience as we continue to navigate through this situation. The safety and health of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and updating our policies as need be.
