A Message to our Customers Regarding COVID-19

October 16, 2020 - Updated article to announce that as of Monday October 19, 2020, MacMor's Winnipeg branch will no longer be accepting walk-in customers and will transition to "contactless" pickup. Please contact your local MacMor branch for details.


As we continue to monitor the news and learn more about the spread of the Coronavirus in our communities, we want to be transparent about the measures we’re undertaking to protect the well-being of our customers and employees. We also want to take this opportunity to express our continued commitment to you, our valued customers.

First and foremost, we would like to inform you that we are dedicated to do everything in our power to maintain the level of customer service you have come to appreciate from MacMor Industries. Although we are still experiencing supply issues from some of our suppliers/vendors, rest assured that we will continue to work diligently with them to provide you with updates on order fulfillments as they become available.

In an effort to do our part to mitigate the possible spread of any illness, all outside sales calls, visits and on-site inspections will be limited and by appointment only. In the meantime, we invite customers to contact their sales representative via email or phone to ensure inquiries are well looked after. Should you have any immediate need for communication with our sales team, we encourage you to contact us at insidesales@macmor.com or to call us at 1-888-779-8898.

Winnipeg/Head Office: MacMor is temporarily changing how we provide service to our valued customers. Effective October 19, 2020 and until further notice, we will no longer be permitting customers to enter our building and will be providing "contactless" pickup instead.

All Other Branches: We will have hand sanitizer available for customers and we will wipe down counters/surfaces regularly and clean the debit machines between each interaction. There will be markers on the ground to encourage proper social distancing. We will also be keeping a daily customer log to ensure we are able to keep track of who's been inside our stores - we acknowledge that this might slow down interactions a little bit, but we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

*Important: We will continue to offer contactless options for customers who are looking to pickup without coming into the building. Please contact your local MacMor branch for details.
