Under the direction of Jean Marc Roy, President, and the Executive Management team of MacMor Industries, our Winnipeg head office initially obtained registration to the ISO 9002: 1994 International Quality Management System Standard in 1997.

We have met the requirements and have obtained registration to each new version of the ISO Standard to date
and
in 2017, we transitioned to the ISO 9001:2015 version of the International Quality Management System
Standard.
The decision to seek registration to the ISO 9001 Standard was initially based on two factors that remain
true
today – to demonstrate to our customers that we operate within the confines of an internationally recognized
standard with the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), and that we are dedicated to
identifying
and implementing continual improvements to this system.
Everyone at MacMor believes that this allows us to be a better supplier to our customers, not only in terms
of
professionalism and product knowledge, but also account servicing, order accuracy and on-time delivery. We
constantly review cost control measures, which ensures that our customers are realizing competitive pricing
and
excellent value at MacMor.
As an ISO Registered company, we document what we do and do what we document. Our QMS documentation and systems are based on the day-to-day processes and activities of the company, developed by the individuals who are responsible for these processes. Through continuous internal and external audits of these processes, assisted by customer feedback, we are able to identify where and how we can improve service levels, as well as implement process efficiencies and measures that help to drive costs down.
